By accessing or using SwiftJob (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Steven Obst, IT-Dienstleistungen, Schnellerstraße 91 A, 12439 Berlin, Germany (“Operator”). Contact: info@fullcircle-solution.com.
SwiftJob is a career intelligence platform that helps job seekers discover relevant opportunities, assess job fit using AI scoring, prepare application materials, and track their job search progress. The Service does not submit applications on your behalf. All application decisions and actions are taken by you.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

SwiftJob offers a Free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro, Career). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices include all applicable taxes (Kleinunternehmer gem. § 19 UStG — no VAT is charged). You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Widerrufsrecht
Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.
Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Steven Obst, Schnellerstraße 91 A, 12439 Berlin, E-Mail: info@fullcircle-solution.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (über den Postweg oder per E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist. Für die Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart.
Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Dienstleistung während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen soll, so haben Sie uns einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie uns von der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts unterrichten, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht.

The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate career insights, job scoring, cover letter drafts, and interview preparation material. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. The Operator makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
All platform content, design, and code are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You retain ownership of the data you upload (CV, profile information). By uploading content, you grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50 (whichever is greater). This does not affect mandatory statutory liability (e.g., for intent or gross negligence under German law).
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
